…servers, excuse me…only 3 of the 13, were attacked by hackers. They used several zombie PCs to carry out the attack. However, due to much of the major 13’s work put onto several lesser servers over the past few years due to better technology, the attack wasn’t as crippling to the internet as the attack of 2002. So far, according to this MSNBC article, the attacks seem to come from South Korea.
